not feeling good today

today, I'm not feeling really good
since I woke up this morning, got a terrible headache..
had tried to drink a medicine and sleep..
but didn't effect much..
I even got nause when I woke up..
wonder what was wrong with me..
I didn't eat anything wrong yesterday..

uuuuhh...
gotta back to sleep now..
